Do you love and acceptance yourself completely?

Below is a mantra, or phrase, to say to yourself when you find you are beating yourself up for not doing something right or not following through with a commitment, etc.

Stop your negative thoughts in their tracks and repeat:

I Love & Accept Myself Completely.

You will instantly feel better inside. The more you do this, the more you will break the habit of repeating those negative thoughts to yourself and you will become more aware of and aligned with your inner being and what you truly desire in life.

When you’re aligned with your inner energy, life flows with ease and it just feels right. You feel peace and at ease with all that you do in both your personal and business life.

 

Now this may take some time to refocus your attention from the negative to the positive, from beating yourself up to loving and accepting yourself. But with a practice of consciously shifting your attention, you can do it!

 

When you are not aligned, then the flow of energy will be blocked and things just don’t feel right. I’ve learned to become aware of what signals my body gives me when I have to make a decision about something. If I get any kind of contraction any where in my body such as a knot in my stomach or a tightening in my heart area, I know it’s not right and not in alignment with my inner energy or true purpose.

 

Developing this connection to your life force, that which is a constant in our lives but is not always felt, will guide you in the direction that is meant for you.

 

Why don’t we feel it, why do we lose that connection?

I believe it’s because we are ‘doing’ more and ‘being’ less.

Aromatherapy Luminary Tip:

Grab some essential oils that inspire love and acceptance, and those that ignite a connection to your inner being such as Rose, Jasmine, Lavender, Cinnamon, Ylang ylang, Petitgrain, Clove Bud and Sandalwood. Use one of these essential oils or even better, make a blend of 2-4 of them. Put your blend in a small amber glass bottle with a dropper top. Give your new creation a special name.

 

  • Sit in a comfortable chair or on a cushion on the floor.
  • Take 3 deep breaths and consciously relax your body.
  • Repeat the mantra, I Love & Accept Myself Completely, 3 times.
  • Repeat the mantra again, 3 more times, but this time as you repeat it, inhale the blend you created from the bottle.
  • Carry this blend with you and any time you become aware that you are saying negative thoughts to yourself, stop, grab your blend and inhale it.
  • You will be reminded of the feelings of Love and Acceptance and you will ignite the connection to your inner being and life force.
